How does this program work?

Lakeside Medical Group will provide to you medical care, including hospitalizations, medications, office visits, diagnostics, labs etc that is directly related to you service connected disabilities. There is no cost to you.

We will send your forms to the VA at no cost to you. The VA will send you documentation to your address so as soon as you receive it please let us know.

If you are Medicare eligible and have Medicare Part A and B you can get a Medicare Advantage Plan for free and this will cover you for urgent care and emergencies.
