How does this program work?
The VAC is the Veterans Administration program in Canada which covers you in Mexico for medical care directly related to your service connected disabilities. The program is officially called the VCA. There is no cost to join and registering does not change your VA government benefits in anyway. There are no-copay or deductibles associated with your policy and there are NO out of pocket expenses for you in any way for medical services provided by us. Medication coverage is also included. Lakeside Medical Group will provide to you medical care, including hospitalizations, medications, office visits, diagnostics, labs etc that is directly related to you service connected disabilities. There is no cost to you.
